Who we are
This website is operated by Purebred Marketing LLC, 3355 Lenox Rd NE #750, Atlanta, GA 30326, United States (“Purebred Marketing”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers purebredmarketing.com and the forms, booking calendar and downloads offered on it. Work we do for clients is governed by our agreements with those clients, not by this policy.
Information you give us
- Enquiry forms. The “Get in touch” form, the contact page form and the forms on our landing pages ask for your full name, phone number, email address, website, the services you are interested in and your company’s annual revenue range.
- Booking a call. If you schedule a call, the booking calendar collects the details it asks for, such as your name and email address, and the time you choose.
- Field guide requests. To send you one of our field guides we ask for your first name, last name and email address, and whether you agree to receive free resources and marketing communications from us. With each request we also record your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string and the page you came from.
- AI visibility check. If you use the AI visibility check on our generative engine optimization page, the website address you enter is sent to our server, which reads that one page and its public robots.txt, llms.txt and sitemap files to produce your score. We do not store the address or the result, and we do not send them anywhere else. To limit misuse, the server briefly keeps a count of checks per IP address in memory.
- Messages. Anything you include when you write to us or speak with us.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard server logs: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. Depending on your cookie choice and where you are (see Your choices), we also use cookies, pixels and similar technologies from the providers below. They collect information such as the pages you view, how you interact with them, your approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser, and identifiers stored in your browser.
- Google Tag Manager loads the other tags on this list. It does not itself store information about you.
- Google Analytics measures how visitors find and use the site.
- Google Ads measures whether visits and enquiries came from our ads, and may add visitors to advertising audiences.
- Meta Pixel measures visits for our Facebook and Instagram advertising and builds audiences for it.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag measures visits for our LinkedIn advertising, builds audiences for it and gives us aggregate information about the professions and industries of our visitors.
- ZoomInfo and RB2B are visitor-identification services. They compare information about your visit, including your IP address and browser identifiers, with their own business-contact data. They may tell us which company a visit came from and, where their data allows, identify the individual visitor, for example by name, job title, company and professional profile, so that we can follow up.
- VWO runs tests that compare versions of a page. When a test is running it may store which version your browser was shown.
The cookies we have observed on this site, our own two included, are:
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_4RCEQX586N | Google Analytics | Distinguishes visitors and sessions for site analytics | Up to 13 months |
| _gcl_au | Google Ads | Links ad clicks to later visits and enquiries | 90 days |
| _fbp | Meta | Identifies the browser for ad measurement and audiences | 90 days |
| fr | Meta (facebook.com) | Ad delivery and measurement | 90 days |
| li_sugr, bcookie, bscookie, lidc, UserMatchHistory, AnalyticsSyncHistory | LinkedIn (linkedin.com) | Identifies the browser for ad measurement, audiences and aggregate visitor insights | 1 day to 1 year |
| _reb2buid, _reb2bsessionID, _reb2bgeo | RB2B | Recognises a returning browser and its approximate location for visitor identification | Session to 1 year |
| pbm_consent | Purebred Marketing | Remembers your cookie choice | 180 days |
| pbm_consent_region | Purebred Marketing | Records whether your country needs consent before tracking starts | Session |
Providers change their cookies from time to time, and some also use browser storage rather than cookies, so this list is a description, not a guarantee.
Embedded services. Our forms and booking calendar are hosted by LeadConnector and are protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. The field-guide forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA. Videos are hosted by Vimeo and load only when you press play. Each of these receives your IP address and browser information when it loads, and may set its own cookies.
How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry and to discuss and provide the services you ask about.
- To schedule and hold calls you book.
- To send you the field guide you requested.
- To send you free resources and marketing communications, where you agreed to receive them. Every such email lets you unsubscribe.
- To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
- To measure and target our advertising.
- To learn which businesses are interested in our services and to follow up with them.
- To keep the site secure and to block spam and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations and to protect our rights.
Who receives information
We share information with the service providers that run parts of the site for us:
- LeadConnector (HighLevel), our customer-relationship and booking platform, which receives enquiry form submissions and bookings.
- Zapier, which receives field-guide requests and delivers the guides.
- Google, Meta, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, RB2B and VWO, as described above.
- Cloudflare and Vimeo, as described above.
- Vercel, which hosts the site.
Google, Meta, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and RB2B also use the information they collect for their own purposes under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some US state privacy laws treat letting advertising and visitor-identification providers collect information through cookies and pixels as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, or as targeted advertising. The next section explains how to opt out.
Your choices
Cookie banner. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, none of the analytics, advertising or visitor-identification tools above loads until you choose Accept. Elsewhere they load when you arrive, and choosing Reject turns them off: we tell Google and Meta to stop, delete the cookies those tools set on our domain, and reload the page without them. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as Reject. We remember your choice for 180 days.
- Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking third-party cookies stops much of the advertising tracking described above. The site works without cookies, although our forms and booking calendar may need their own cookies to submit.
- Google. Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, manage ad personalisation in My Ad Center, and read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Meta. Manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, and see the Meta Privacy Policy.
- LinkedIn. Use LinkedIn’s guest controls or the advertising settings in your LinkedIn account.
- ZoomInfo. The ZoomInfo Privacy Policy explains how to request removal from its database.
- RB2B. The RB2B Privacy Policy links to its database opt-out form.
- VWO. Use the VWO opt-out page.
- Interest-based advertising. Opt out with many advertising companies at once through the Network Advertising Initiative and the Digital Advertising Alliance.
- Marketing email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send, or ask us through the contact details below.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. To make a request, contact us as described below. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it. You may use an authorised agent where the law allows. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry, booking and field-guide records for as long as we need them to respond to you, to work with you and to keep a record of our communications, and we delete them when you ask unless the law requires us to keep them. Cookies last for the periods shown above. The providers named in this policy keep the information they collect according to their own policies.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we limit access to the information we collect to the people and providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where information is processed
We are based in the United States, and the information described here is processed in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
